We need applications that are clear, concise and contain all the information we have asked for. If they are missing pieces of information, you could find yourself disappointed when the names of groups receiving funding are announced.
Project Plan
Your Project Plan will be one of the most important parts of your application. The plan is important as it lets Environment Bay of Plenty know how and when you are going to implement your project, and what results you hope to achieve.
It should include any activities that are going to increase community participation or any environmental education activies. You will also need to show us how and when you are going to monitor your project's outcomes.
Budget
Another important section of your application will be your budget outline. This will show what your project is going to cost and what you intend to spend the funding on. You should also show a detailed breakdown of your costs and any in-kind contribution. All items listed in your budget should relate to an activity listed in your project plan.
These documents will help you apply for funding. The information booklet has helpful tips on filling out your application. The example applications shows the type of information we need and a blank application is available for you to print out and submit. You can also use our electronic application form. See below for details on how to use this form.
We recommend downloading and reading all documents.
