REEF (Regional Environmental Education Forum) is the Bay of Plenty branch of the New Zealand Association for Environmental Education. REEF is a network of people working in or interested in environmental education.
The forum meets four times each year in three different locations: Tauranga, Rotorua and the Eastern Bay. The forum provides opportunities for discussions, networking, project work, problem solving and sharing resources.

REEF is proudly supported by Environment Bay of Plenty and is free to join. REEF members are encouraged to join NZAEE The New Zealand Association for Environmental Education. NZAEE is a national network of environmental educators working for the promotion of environmental education in all target sectors.

- fundraising for environmental education
- Seaweek national coordination,
- resource hosting
- maintaining the New Zealand Directory of Environmental Education
