This report replaces an earlier version. In the earlier version Environment Bay of Plenty felt that the DB9000NRS system may have been unfairly portrayed as it was trialled over a shorter trial period compared to other systems. This updated report clarifies this oversight.
Maintenance programme: Maintenance and Inspection Programme
The Operative On-Site Effluent Treatment Regional Plan was publicly notified for review on 5 October 2004 and became operative on 7 August 2006.
Please note that the On-Site Effluent Treatment Regional Plan 2006 supersedes all versions of the Proposed Reviewed On-Site Effluent Treatment Regional Plan and the previous operative On-Site Effluent Treatment Regional Plan (incorporating Plan Change No.1) dated December 1996.
The On-Site Effluent Treatment Regional Plan 2006 is available to view and download from this webpage. Copies of the plan can be obtained at a cost of $28.00 (GST inclusive) or on CD for $15.00 (GST inclusive) from Environment Bay of Plenty.
